The dialectical form of a pattern language can best be presented in a specialised workspace, with tools for visualising multi-layer networks and resonances and affiliations. Currently such an environment doesn’t exist, but one is being worked on by architect and credit-commons activist Dil Green (who studied with Alexander). This will be not only a presentation framework but also a workspace for distributed collaboration in the development of pattern languages - under principles something like wiki or git (the P2P OpenSource/Free-Libre software repository protocol).

When this platformed workspace is in working order, the narrative frame of the foprop pattern language will be best served by presentation there, rather than in the unhelpfully hierarchical, two-level navigation framework of this present foprop website.
